Flashcards for vegetarian?

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find some printable flashcards which would help me as a vegetarian in Japan. I'm thinking along the lines of "We are vegetarians" "No meat, fish or seafood please" "No dashi", etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

i would imagine that most travel guides would have such sentences in them. find the ones that apply to you, photocopy them, laminate them, & put in your wallet.
