it's written as “ikechaukanaa. can't it be "I'm jealous" "shouldn't I be jealous?" or "do you jealous?"... there is "ka", so is it a question, isn't it?

I agree with IM. To be precise it means, "I guess I feel jealous after all."
"-kana": "I wonder...""I suppose..."
"-kanaa": "I wooonder...""I suppooose..."
