Restaurant closing time in Takayama

What is the closing time for all the major restaurants in Takayama?

Can anyone tell me whether I will be able to visit all the major tourist attractions in Takayama in 6 hours?

all the shops are closed very early, says ~5pm. I just do Takayama for a day trip to Shirakawa-go so no idea about dinner in Takayama.
Of course, you can do all walking to places in Takayama in 6 hours. It's quite compact town, mainly couple roads to walk. Will you be there in the morning, as the morning market is a must to visit. There are 2 markets, if you don't have much time, go to the one along the canel. Another one is in front of the temple, almost of them are fresh food which i think it's suitable for local people. Sorry for don't remember the name.
