It is the same as:
ここだけの はなしなのです けど ね。

- It's something between you and me, I tell you/I must mention.
- It's juuuuuust between you and me, you got that, I hope.

The last part adds a bit of emphasis.

Aniga,

The "なんです" is the "It's" of "It's just between you and me".

The "けどね" translates as "by the way".
