"To tue kawaii desu shounen
Tokko demo Laura desu?
Wa tari de kawaii no chiro"

It does not make sense at all - I see "kawaii" (adjective meaning "cute"), "shounen" ("boy"), "...desu" (be-verb), but the words are not connected properly at all. Please check with your friend.

Some words don't look Japanese at all and the ones that are are almost randomly placed- not proper Japanese sentences. You definitely need to check again.

By the way when i need to use chan, san and kun?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_honorifics

-chan: for little children and younger women than you
-san: in general with respect
-kun: for younger men than you

Never use them for yourself.

The children referred to their parents as Kaa-chan and Tou-chan.
I thought Chan can be used to simply address people who you are familiar with.

A little correction:

-chan: for little children and younger women than you

young women younger than you

-kun: for younger men than you

young men younger than you

I thought Chan can be used to simply address people who you are familiar with.

Yes, even middle aged men can call each other with -chan.

IMO, however, elementary learners should begin with basic and polite usage and avoid too friendly usage, in particular in Japanese where level of politeness is very important.
