2 words I'm not understanding 2008/6/14 23:49
There have two verses:

1)sou itoshisa to kizuna wo daita
2)hatenaki umi ni ukabu chisana hoshi de

My questions are about
itoshiisa and hatenaki. I foundn't any references. Itoshii mean beloved, but and about itoshisa?Hatanaki I foundn't any similar word.

I know about the phrases :
1)I embrace ??? and its bonds
2)On a small star floating in a ??? sea

Some help with the translation?

"itoshisa" is the noun of the i-adjective "itoshii," so the feeling you have for the beloved.
"hatenaki" is another form for the i-adjective "hatenai," meaning "vast, boundless."

hate (果て): end, limit, bound; final, result
naki: old (literary) form of nai

thus hatenaki means endless, boundless, unlimited.
