Are you trying to order something from a Japanese web shop from outside Japan, and trying to find out the shipping cost estimate? If so: - (Enter product name) wo kounyuu shitai no desu ga, ooyoso no souryou wo oshiete kudasai. Atesaki wa ika no toori desu.
I would like purchase [ ], so please let me know the approximate shipping charge. The address (of the addressee) is as follows.
You might want to specify air or surface, with or without insurance, etc.

Hi AK,
Thanks for your help. Actually, it is supposed to be a digital download product. Hence I would assume shipping cost would not be suitable here...

Oh, OK, so you just want to ask for the *price* of the download content itself... is it not just listed on the website?
- (Enter product name) wo kounyuu shitai no desu ga, kakaku wo oshiete kudasai.
I want to purchase [ ], and please let me know of the price.
I suppose the "address" does not apply here then.
