Themed restaurants with an English Menu

Hey all,
I'm looking for a themed restaurant in tokyo with an english menu as no one in my trip can speak or read Japanese.
I know that the Ninja Akasaka does but does, for example, Alcatraz ER or the lockup have them?

Most restaurants in Japan have picture meanus so you can see the food, The Lockup included. With these menus you can just point at the picture to order
For special requiements, such as allergies or vegetarians I would recommend you pick up a phrase book just to learn how to say these things. Also if you have a phrase book you can use that with the server to ask about dishes if the pictures aren't clear enough
