Payment of Bills by Credit Card

Hi,

Has anyone paid the monthly utility bills and tax/insurance bills using your credit card? If yes, where and which place accepts creit card payments? Also, I ahve heard that we can write to the utility company like TokyoGas to automatically debit using our credit card. Any info on this? Thank you.

(Japanese language only) and for Tokyo water company http://www.waterworks.metro.tokyo.jp/life/r_harai.htm I don't know about tax? Do you mean consumer tax?
