where to pay health insurance bills

I was wondering what my options were to go to pay my health insurance bill. I usually pay bills in the convenience store, but it doesn't look like I can for this one. (I'm in Bunkyo-ku, if it makes a difference.)
I am pretty sure I paid it at the bank last year, but, honestly, I completely forget.

You can pay it at the bank. Usually somewhere on the bill (at least mine) there's a list of banks you can use (which is pretty much all the possible banks in the area you live in).

You can pay at 7-Eleven or similar conv. stores or most banks or the post offices.
