WH Visa Waiting Time?

Im goin to the embassy some time next week.I have all the information i need to take.
Was just wondering, what is the normal waiting time for my visa to be accepted, is it instant or will i have to wait ages, i hope not i cant wait to go!

read your visa application, it'll tell you right on the application form or at least one of the fact sheets you're supposed to print out will tell you.
in canada it's around 1 week.

Nope im from the uk :P
There is no such details on my application form i printed off,Thats the only form i have printed off aswell.I cant see any info on the ebmassy's website either

Mine took about three weeks, I got a phone call from the JAPANESE embassy in London, telling me my application had been accepted.
