Cultural classes in Kobe?

Hi!
I want to take some sort of Japanese class while living in Kobe.
By class I mean, tea ceremony, cooking, baking, flower arranging, kyudo (archery), kendo, ANYTHING!!!
*laughs* But I'm having a lot of trouble finding places....
If you know of anywheres in or around Kobe for any of these things (or others!)
advice would be appreciated!!!!!!!
