Hi,
Does anyone know who to ask to relocate an airconditioner in Tokyo? Do you know how much it costs approximately?

Just relocating? No moving house and no getting rid of an old air-conditioner?
In that case, you can contact any of your local electric appliance shop for more details. Typically a neighbor would know a long-running one that would come to your door whenever you have a problem with anything related to electricity.
I just bought a new one and it cost me at least 4200 yen for having it set up on the wall. If you need covers for the pipes or if the location is difficult etc., it may cost you extra. I ended up paying a about 15000 yen extra including recycling fee of the old one, and I was aware of this cost as I had it all explained by the shop clerk.
