I'm almost done with my contract, 6months to go and I will be back in my conutry. The company I'm working with does't give me any documents , even the gensen chosun ryo, the income tax for the whole year,any forms regarding my taxes but in my payslip they deduct many taxes.

You don't normally get a genseh choushu hyou until the end of the year, unless you leave before then.
Your employer should give you one at the end of the year and/or upon leaving. Ask for it if it's not provided.
Keep your payslips as backup.
