Japanese language classes !

I've cleared JLPT level 3 exam last year & since after that not been able to brush up my communication skills a lot !! Had been to some japanese communication classes but they were really expensive.
It will really be a great help if someone can help me getting info about cheaper Japanese communication classes in Tokyo/Chiba area.
My priority now is just to improve my communication skills.

Hello. I am interested in teaching Japanese.
I will be able to help you to have communication in Japanese. I had taken "How to teach Japanese" lesson about 3 years ago and I had taught Japanese for about 1 year. But I don't have experience enough so I would like to have communication in Japanese for free on weekday.(But if your place desired is far from my home, I would like to have 500 yen for transportation expenses.)
