How can i get Fiancee visa? 2008/8/5 23:42
Hi everyone,I'm planing to marry a Japanese Permanent resident. Basically she is from Philippines and past 15 years she is living in Japan. she was separated and we both planning to marry now and want to stay with her in Japan. please suggest, How can i get Fiancée visa and what are all steps needs to be follow.

There's no such a thing as Fiancee Visa in Japan.
Until you get married with her, you can just stay as a tourist (which is the easiest but with limited period of time) or with other status.

There is no such thing as a "Fiance Visa". You will qualify for a Dependant Visa once you are married.

Actually, he will qualify for a Spouse visa if he marries a permanent resident.

A Dependent visa is for those married to non-Permanent Resident foreign nationals.
