Any Beach House Rentals in Chiba ?

My friends and I are looking to rent a beach house in Chiba - Either around Onjuku or Kujukuri, but we are having a hard time finding one. Do people rent beach houses in Japan?

Very hard to find rental houses in Japan. Here are some sites, which unfortunately are mostly in Japanese...got a friend who can speak Japanese who can help? Look at the Bouyoutei house though, looks very cool. No idea where it is.

There are websited that specialize in vacation homes, though they are in Japanese. If you've got somebody who can translate for you, got to www.clipit.jp, which is a very good roundup of websites for hotels, ryokans, pensions, guesthouses, and rental houses.
Unfortunately I have never been able to come across much information in English.
