hello all, i'm a nigerian who married a japanese,we did our marriage in my country nigeria.and i made to go to japan with my wife but japan embassy didn't get me visa,they told my wife to go and register our marriage in japan and get a resident certificate for me.and japan have accpet our marriage last 2 weeks ago, i want to ask can i get a marriage visa with the marriage certificate they gave to my wife over there in japan, with out the certificate of resident?

If I understand your message correctly, the reason the embassy told your wife to register your marriage in Japan was to help you get your visa. Now that has been done, I think you need to go back to the Japanese embassy with the new documents.
