That's about as simple as you can get it.
Not quite sure of the other.

Actually "mijikai" isn't used to talk about height- it describes the length of an object. "I am short" in Japanese is "sei ga hikui desu".

I have brown hair:
Watashi wa kaminoke ga chairo desu.
ILm short:
Watashi wa se ga hikui desu.
