How do i move to japan? mom is japanese

But my mom is Still a Japanese Citizen and i lived there for 11 months in Meguro but that was when i was about 3 or 4. My mom would like to move there and i want to come with her and also i would want to go to school there and work and live the rest of my life there. If any 1 can help or give me a good website about it that would be great. Im only 15 so i dont know much about citizen stuff yet. My mom is a Japanese Citizen but i am not.

If you lived in Japan when you were small, you may well be Japanese. Ask your mother if you are registered on her family registry ("koseki") as her son.
