I'll be traveling into downtown tokyo almost every day for a year or more from Fujigaoka which is in Kanagawa. I searched the JR commuter pass and could not find my station. Where do I need to go to find a cheap train pass?
One site I checked said about 520 round trip every day. That seemed a bit expensive. Thanks so much btw.

Fujigaoka Station is on Tokyu Line (private railway company), that's why you did not find the commuter pass rate on JR page.
Yes, a round trip (by regular tickets) would cost 520 yen. If you buy a one-month commuter pass, it will be 9,670 yen, 27,560 yen for a 3-month pass, and 52,220 yen for a 6-month pass.

Do I need to buy it online or can I buy the pass at a local station?

Jason,
You cannot buy it online. You can buy it any Tokyu station with a ticket office.
