Hi, it's actually relatively easy to find blowfish in Osaka. If you walk around at Dotonbori (cf. http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e4001.html), you'll find several restaurants that sell blowfish - quite often, you see a model of the fish hanging outside in front of the restaurant. Good luck, Kai
