Doing Laundry in Tokyo & osaka

I'm coming over to japan next week, very excited!

and i was looking for some advice,

does anyone know of any Launderettes / Laundromats / coin op laundries near either

osaka station / Umeda aera of Osaka

or

Shib Park area of Tokyo?

the best bet is to ask your hotel. Note that you can wash small things in your hotel bathroom and dry them on the clothesline that many have above the tub (that clothes line is extensible. Normally it is retracted on one side of the wall and there is a hook on the other side).

...you were staying at TOYOKO INN there would be a coin washer and dryer in the lobby area.
