You don't give much details! Are you already there or planning to go there? this type of question is hard to answer as,for example, I don't even know if we have a laundromat in my neighbourhod because we have a laundry in the building. And there is hardly any info in ENGLISH on laundromats in this or that town in Japan. Staff in business hotels, coffee shops, 7-11, may be able to give that info. If you are staying in a business hotel you can usually wash small stuff in the washroom and dry on the clothesline provided or on the shower curtain rod (there is a drain on the floor outside the bathtub so you will not flood the bathroom.
