I once bought yuki ichigo in Tokyo station (and enjoyed it a LOT), but don't know for sure whether there still is a booth selling them. I never saw them in Kyoto, though.
Hopefully, others will be of greater help for you.

Hi again, a short search revealed the following page, suggesting that there is indeed a shop at Tokyo station, South exit -- or, at least, there was one, about 2.5 years ago ^_^ : http://kahou.way-nifty.com/ap/2006/03/post_61ea.htmlMaybe you're lucky and it's still there. My guess is that the probability is rather high. Good luck, Kai

Are you talking about this one on the top of this page? http://brmp160.hp.infoseek.co.jp/eatyuki.htmSome years ago, it was very rare and difficult to find, but these days it is often selled at convenience stores, such as Lawson, Family Mart, Seven-Eleven. But it is a seasonal one and only to be found in winter. Good luck.
