I was just wondering which credit card is accepted more in Japan. I have a VISA card and i will be traveling to Japan and I was wondering if i needed to take more cash in case I cannot use my VISA.

Visa is one of the most widely accepted credit cards in Japan....
You need to be aware that quite a lot of small restaurants and shops don't take cedit cards, particulary outside of the big cities.
You amy need to take more cash, or arrange access to cash while you're there.

Be sure to take plenty of cash converted to yen. Unless you're careless, cash is safe to carry anywhere in Japan. If you'll be in major cities, Visa or MC is fine, but in the rural areas or small towns, you'll usually need cash.
