Has anyone heard of David English House in Hiroshima and whether it is a reputable school?

It's well run, has good staff and has been a respected fixture in Hiroshima for many years. I worked for a rival school there, and often wished I worked for them.

It does seem to have an excellent reputation. My understanding is that the owner is also a passionate teacher and ELT researcher - not all owners are. My first boss of a small language school in Japan was a clone of Basil Fawlty, but without the laughs...

i worked there for 7 years. great school, very forward looking, runs it's own published kids course "finding out". the principal is a teacher-very rare in elschools. i'd encourage you to go for it. you'll have a wonderful time and be well looked after.
