I am Engineering Graduate having 3 years experience in Broadband networking field.. I don't know japanes .. I was never been in Japan .. What are the things I have to do if I want to work and live in Japan.?

I think many Japanese companies are very cleidoic and not likely to hire a foreigner who don't speak Japanese.
Maybe getting hired by a company in your country which spreads multinationaly, and tell the boss you want to work in Japan might be a better way.
This might sound a bit too far-fetched, but Google has a office in Japan, for example.

I think for right now, on account of the econ, that it will be hard to get a job in Japan. A lot is hitting the fan soon (feb/mar), so I think th elikihood of finding a FT job i srealistically pretty small.
