long socks or stockings with very very short shorts, sometimes with the bottom hem lined with fur on the outside. medium / heavy felt waist length jacket, normally black or dark brown or other dark color. sometimes a lightweight scarf worn.
of course high heel boots or shoes are mandatory. large aviator-esque sunglasses optional.
