Dance Clubs or teen hangouts?

I'll be 18 by the time i go to Japan this June, so I wanted to know if there were any night clubs for teens or what the age limit for clubs in Japan(Tokyo) were? There are a few here in Chicago but i'm not sure if any exist outside the states.
