Working Holiday Visa

I'm on a working holiday visa that will expire soon. I'm also working and would like to continue working and stay in Japan. I know I need to change my visa type to do so.
But I can't get a work visa since I have no university degree. Are there any other options for someone who is already working and wants to continue working but has no degree to get a visa sponsorship?
