The place is Cabakura hostess club bar. The charge is about 5k/hr w/free drinks.
Basically you sit for an hour to talk to girls and sing few karaoke. It's entertaining to some people.
Girls ask you for their drinks at table also and they are very expensive. You will probably pay high damage cost at the end.
I have never been there so the opinion is based on my assumption.
