COE application

I have recieved a COE from osaka but I transfered to another company and also applying for another COE to another region will it affect this recent application since I have an existing COE from osaka.

And you did not inform the immigration office about it? If not, this is most likely to cause some kind of complication sooner or later. If you are lucky, it will be just a minor complication. If you have not done so already, I recommend to consult and inform the immigration office.
