I have a business trip (alone :( ) to Toyko, Iwaki, and nearby cities. I just wonder if anyone can suggest a place where I can hang out, or place to go for fun after the work hour?

A sports bar like the Hub might be a good way to start. If you're in Roppongi, try Hearland at Roppongi Hills.
