I love the kimchi chijiji that is server here in tokyo.I have managed to prepare a similar version at home but the dipping sauce is difficult.Can anyone tell me the recipe of chijimi dipping sauce.It's red in color and bit spicy..

soyasauce
a little bit sesame oil
sugar
sesame seeds
red chilli pepper (thin sliced)
be careful with the sesame oil. it has a very strin taste and if you over do it, the whole sauce tastes just like hot sesame sauce.
I always use just 1-2 drops.
