I´m 20 and just graduated in biology. Now i want to go to Med school in Japan. I wanted to know if i hsve to take the normal entrance exams (like fresh out of highschool kids) or there´s another way from people who already have a degree.

yeah, you have to write an entrance exam, but they have psecial tests for foreigners. and of course has every college an other application procedure. do you speak japanese? at most colleges you`ll have to have a certain degree (JLPT 3kyu or higher) or they want you to make the JEES-test. when you don`T speak any japanese, than you`ll need to go first on a 2years preperatory japanese course. but the best thing you can do, is to apply at a college at your homecountry and make an exchange year. for further information you can look on this site http://www.jasso.go.jp/
