Is it possible to go to college in Japan and still be an ESL professor? or an English teacher in Japan? I want to be an ESL Professor in Japan and Major in English in College. (I already speak English, but I plan to major in it so i can teach in Japan.)

There are many American Universities in Japan. I'm not sure if any have English majors, but you can easily find some colleges in Japan.
ICU (International Christian University) and TUJ (Temple University in Japan) are just 2 of a few.

If you want to be a professor I would imagine that you will need a higher level degree like a MA in TESOL or a PGCE in ESOL. Instead of an English (literature?) degree maybe linguistics would be a better undergrad.
But if you just want to teach English, any old degree will work.

There are many universities offering English languages. ICU (International Christian University) and Sophi (Jochi) University in Yotsuya, Tokyo and Sacred Heart International College in Azabu, Tokyo are some example. Check their English language websites for more information by googling those names.
