universal countdown party 2010 tickets?

Hey all,
I've been trying for a few days to purchase tickets to the Universal Studios countdown party 2010.
The link for the countdown party on the USJ webpage does not show up on the english version and I cannot read Japanese. I also tried Lawson ticket and again it is only in Japanese. I tried translating both pages to English, however only a little bit of the text is transated.
Does anyone know a site in English where we can purchase tickets? Im also wondering if the event usually sells out or will we be able to buy them when we arrive in Japan?
