baby mobile

hi, can any one help me track down where to buy or a photo of amazing japanese baby mobile ( the things that hang above a babies bed) while on a holiday in japan I saw them hanging in a couple of windows of baby/kids stores, one in takayama and 2 in kyoto. There was a couple of different sizes and they had little cute sewn and stitched animals hanging from string and cost up to and more than 30,000 yen! any help appreciated greatly..jay

Hi! I think I know what mobiles you mean. They are made of Chirimen crepe, like at the chirimen craft museums(shops at arayshiyama and gion), i think they call them ''hanging hina dolls''. Not sure if you could buy them online. Sorry this may not be much help.
