Japanese swiss roll recipe 2010/2/19 19:06
I'm looking for a Japanese swiss roll recipe -- the sort of light, fluffy swiss roll found in bakeries filled with whipping cream as opposed to the slightly heavier Western ones filled with buttercream or jam. Does anyone have one?
