I am entering a contests on gournet and one of the questions is.

Anyone know the famous egyptian molokhia (a kind of green vegetable) served in soup form was taken up by the Japanese who named is as? 3 choices of answer

a) food of the queens
b) moloshimi
c) food of the kings

appreciate reply from those who might know the answer. tks.

I think you mean moroheia (モロヘイヤ), which Japanese wikipedia says derives from c) food of the kings.
