Hi, I am not staying in Japan. Does anybody know any good website that i can find information of a person if i only have their Japan mobile phone number? I tried google or Bing search but produce no good result. Thank you in advance.

The only methods available to you would be very expensive, very illegal, or both.
That is unless the person has posted their phone number online somewhere.

This is a common question asked on this forum, and as far as I've seen there is no online database of phone number listings available for Japan.
