ski pants for short men?

I am a short American man, when I worked in Tokyo in the 1970's I was able to buy clothes that fit. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall with a 33-34 inch waist and a 26 inch inseam and it is impossible to find pants here that fit me. I am wondering if there is a store in Japan that ships overseas and would carry my size. Alas, I don't speak Japanese.

...except uniqlo doesn't sell ski wear. Try checking out rakuten instead. Some of their sellers will ship overseas. Unfortunately they don't have an english page but its easy enough to get around with an online translator.
