Hi guys. I need a little help here. I got the Suruga Bank Visa debit card and I want to link this card with PayPal. To confirm card with PayPal we need to see 4 digit numbers generated by PayPal in bank staitment.I can see charge from PayPal 200 yen but there is no number instead written in Japanese デビツトゴリヨウ.If someone had same experience please help. It took already 7 business days. What I can do wait or call them.

I've been here a year and half and I've been trying to get a visa debit. How did you do it? Are you married to a japanese? I'm a total gaiijin and the Japan post alwsays deneied me. Help
