I have had trouble finding tortillas in Japan, some of the import shops have them, and I even see them sometimes in the regular supermarket, but sometimes the price is pretty high. I found this recipe online for flour tortillas, it's really easy, and they taste great. I make them from scratch now even if they are available at the market.

They sell multiple varieties of Tortillas at Costco. (Membership-based wholesale).

As, the Hanamasa (http://www.hanamasa.co.jp/ - Japanese only) chain usually has tortillas. Though the tortillas are expensive compared to Costco, Hanamasa has locations throughout the Tokyo area.

no costco 2010/4/22 04:24
no need for costco, go to hanamasa, there are hanamasa stores all over tokyo around major stations. they all carry tortillas, cheeses and imported meats. they are expensive though. i recommend the above poster's solution of making them yourself - it's a bit of work but you can make a lot of them in one go, and after you do it once or twice you can start making a huge batch of them quickly in under 5 minutes.

tortillas and sooo much more 2010/5/19 10:44
Why don't you check out www.yoyomarket.jp. You can get anything you want from Costco, IKEA, and much more all delivered to your door. I think it is the cheapest delivery service option for foreign food in Japan.
