Tourist learn to cook class?

Hi,

I was wondering if people know of any learn to cook classes in Japan for tourist.
When we visited Europe, the restaurants or local groups in some places we visited had cooking classes. They would teach you how to cook a local dish
Some only did the cooking part but some took you around town, to the market, etc

I was hoping to find the same thing in Japan

H.I.S. Experience offer different cooking classes for tourists, but I haven't tried them so can't say how the quality is.

Try the Kyoko Women's Association:

They have classes where you can go in someone's house and they'll teach you cooking, amongst other things (like kimono or something, I haven't been to the site in ages).
