Requesting help posting letter to japan

I was wondering if anybody could tell me how to post a letter to me at my hotel in Tokyo, Japan. Sending it from Norway to the Grand arc Hanzomon in Tokyo.
Would be delighted if someone could make me a template of my letter to Tokyo.

You should ask the question to the hotel first. But typically, it should go well as long as you address it to your name and write the hotel's name and address below that, noting "guest c/o" on top. I will show you an example.

And then you can write "AIR MAIL" near the stamps if you wish to post by air mail. Be sure to write the sender's name and address at the left-hand top of the envelope.
