Watching world cup in Japan

Hi
please I want advices on how to watch the world cup LIVE in Japan.
4 years ago i tried sky-perfect and i didnt read the small letter saying is not LIVE. so I ended up watching selected game on NHK with Japanese narration.
I would like to know if there is anyway to watch LIVE games with English,italian, or spanish narration.
