I am a foreigner pregnant woman,I would like to get in touch with other foreigner pregnant women to share opinions,askings,doubts,about it.

Italia,

What part of Japan do you live in? Ask your nearest city hall and they may be able to guide you to one. Or you can ask as you obtain your mother-and-child-handbook.

But for starters, here's one based in Kanagawa.
