How much would it cost to run a 60-second commercial on TV in Japan during primetime (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM)? Anyone know where I could find this sort of information?

Why haven't you contacted the major networks or the advertising agency? Process is same in the States as in Japan. All you have to do it is google it for the list.

Sounds like a school project to me. Since the OP is only 18, I'm assuming they have neither the experience nor the resources to actually run an advertisement in Japan.
